Our process is very swift for both vehicle and jewellery items. It requires a short evaluation before the payment to you. A vehicle takes half an hour to assess, and jewellery takes from 5 - 10 minutes. Payout is immediately after.

Can I drive my vehicle while under contract?

According to South African law there are only two kinds of ways to get access to cash in a financial institution, one is a straight loan which requires your credit to be good and to show a consistent stream of affordability, the second one is a collateral loan where you can go to a pawn shop and leave something and get cash against a percentage of that item, we fall under the latter. However, our contracts are buy-backs, which do not constitute interest but a profit on the amount. So you would need to leave the car with us as collateral for legal reasons, for the safety of yourself and Madcat Autos.

What happens if i can't collect my car within the 30 days?

Contract is a 30 day contract defaulting on collecting your vehicle at the end of the 30 days will not result in a loss of your asset all you need to do is pay the charge on the contract and that will intitle you to renew the contract for an additional 30 days this can be done for as long as you need to hold on to the original capital amount.
